About Me
I am currently a Career Development Fellow in the Department of Philosophy, Durham University. Before coming to Durham, I held postdoctoral positions at Keele University and Gothenburg University. I received my PhD from the University of Leeds in 2021, where my dissertation developed a novel theory of international trade justice. I am originally from Cork City, Ireland.
Outside of philosophy, I’m mediocre but enthusiastic about squash, bouldering, and swimming. I’ve played guitar for many years and I have an unhealthy love for the music of Van Morrison. I make a mean lemon pepper tofu, an unpalatably salty birthday cake, and a pretty companionable hiking partner. If I haven’t lost you already, I am also a massive fan of terrible Christmas movies – Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star is a stone-cold classic.
If you’re interested in any aspect of my research or you have good/terrible Christmas movie recommendations, please do get in touch!
